toodly doooo

hellooo everyone!

just to let everyone know how our sharing of the gospel during lessons has been going!

it's been good on the whole! our favourite year2 uni class received the 'culture & beliefs' sharing well, and it was so encouraging just to see the whole class singing along to "Lord I lift Your name on high" & even people asking questions like why we go to church & sing songs, etc! We were praying praying during the whole time of sharing for the right words to say & we saw how God guided us! Thank God for that!

And today was our first time seeing the poly students & we prepared to share culture & beliefs with them too... we brought bigger speakers this time so the songs could be heard more clearly, and our powerpoint presentation was all prepared... our beads for the colour gospel & all too were packed! I checked off the extra things we needed for our lesson today and we were all set!

Then we entered the class to set up and realised..... we forgot to bring the projector! NO POWERPOINT PRESENTATION (we've used that for EVERY lesson we've had). hahahah. suddenly the laptop presentations were useless. then suddenly we realised too, we never brought a cable to connect the speakers to the laptop! haha. we were like !! for a moment, but THANK GOD, we were able to put together something anihow from all our past lessons and we got by without the projector or speakers! Thank God! the students seemed to be listening too, some at least, so that was encouraging.

and we also got to share the colours gospel at another school with younger students and again it went pretty decently!

so on the whole it's been great, making use of these precious chances to share about Christ to these people we know not if we'll meet again! Truely thank God for the chance, and thank you all for your prayer support! Keep keeping the youth house work & student ministry here in prayer! and for all the staff at the youthhouse & for protection too over us & our families! That God'll sustain us thru this last 1week+ stretch! Time so really flies! More than 3 weeks have passed since we got here & whilst we struggle each day with tiredness, it's a joy still to be here & serving God like this!
